Tools I have created in the past for developers includes one that generates terrain textures over predefined blocks, so levels act the same but look better, a tool that allows for easy switching of models, and another that allows developers to easily create lines of objects for things like fences or walls.
I can also modify an existing tool you have found. Add an extra function, change its layout, or explain to you how to use it.
